Here are a few snaps of our wonderful costumes on World Book Day!
We had a great time sharing our books and reading excerpts to our friends. We wrote book reviews. In the afternoon we looked at characters and made up brilliant new main characters. We all realised how much we love books and reading.
In assembly we remembered that there are still many children in the world who do not have books to learn from and enjoy. We heard about UNICEF and their work towards achieving
UNCRC article 28 'All children have a right to primary education.Chidren should be encouraged to go to school to the highest level they can'
